Wait, are those men's boots???

Hi All! We had our official walk through on Thursday. I woke up that morning excited to see the finished product! I have been very busy at school, and now that we have fallen back it gets dark so early that I have not been able to get by the house. We stopped for a  pumpkin muffin (special treat :) ) and a hot cut of coffee and headed to the house. To my surprise, the house was not done! There was a work van sitting outside the house an painters inside when we got there. I thought we had the wrong day! Our PM assured us that the work was 99% done so we continued with the final walk through. The one big this that was missing was our refrigerator. Our PM's assistant forgot to order it and our PM didn't notice it until the night before. He assured us that it would be delivered on Monday, 2 days before closing.

The walk through was VERY informative. There are lots of little features that make the house more efficient and fun to live in. I am VERY happy that we chose Ryan Homes. We close in less than 4 days.... Wow, time has flown by! Enjoy the pics below. :)

Not what I expected to see! :) Belonged to the PM

    1. BTW-our PM would always take his boots off before entering our home. He does it to protect the dirt from getting into a finished home since he is moving through dirt all day. :-) I am sure it looked like some one was making themselves at home in your HOME! lol
